The ERP Release Leader will be responsible for leading the configuration/development and implementation of new functionality with Oracle R12 ERP and integrated applications (pillars). New functionality will be deployed to support implementation of new sites (including Engines ERP/Modernization) and expansion of capability for sites currently live. This role will lead a group of IT and functional experts across key process areas, multiple Oracle modules, and key integrations.
Lead functional and IT process teams to deliver solutions for production ERP releases including design, development/configuration, testing, and release
Lead pillar application program managers to deliver needed functionality to support ERP releases
Coordinate with interface development team as needed to support ERP releases
Coordinate with reporting team as needed to support ERP releases
Partner with CoreTech and DBA’s on instance management
Partner with other instance owners/release leaders to minimize duplication of effort and promote consistency in approach
Coordinate outsourced supplier efforts as required
Be accountable for operational excellence of assigned production releases, with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, work planning, execution and closure for all project work related to the program
Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
Ensure conformance to system architecture, standards and practices
Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost / benefit studies and recommend funding and resources
Act as a change agent to streamline solution delivery processes
Stay current with enabling technologies and work as a partner to promote their use Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum of 8 years of IT professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program ManagerEligibility Requirements
