General Electric Sr Staff Technical Product Manager - Supply Planning in Evendale, Ohio

Role Summary:

As part of GE Aviation support the Enterprise Products Organization, the Sr Staff Technical Product Manager - Supply Planning will be responsible to drive the strategy and product roadmap in support of the Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC) DT products. This role will work with functional leaders to improve business processes, streamline operations and implement best practices through cost effective DT solutions across.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • his role will be the Technical Product Manager for the Oracle ASCP and APCC products

  • This role will focus on building out the product vision and strategic roadmap, prioritizing the backlog and coordinating with Solution Architects to create optimized solutions for Supply Planning

  • The person will be expected to be skilled across product management functions and knowledgeable in technical domains related to the DT products he/she supports

  • This role reports to a Sr Director Technical Product Management - Value Chain Planning (VCP) and is responsible to create a strong working relationship & influence across product owners in Forecasting, Supply Planning, S&OP, manufacturing and other functional groups to execute the strategy

  • May engage customers at executive/technical levels to present strategy/roadmap/feature overview, collect requirements, support best practices in the business processes and collaborate on benefits realization

  • This role will be responsible to drive effective and timely decision making by driving consensus with functional users on business process in support of project timelines

  • This role will require the Supply Planning Product Manager to understand data acquisition or integration requirements, identify data availability and determine best integration methods. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in ITEligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in West Chester, OH Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP Value Chain Planning products, to include ASCP, Demantra or Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud

  • Multiple large-scale system implementations within a manufacturing and non-manufacturing environment, ideally including ASCP or APCC experience.

  • Oracle ERP experience, ideally with focus in Advance Supply Chain Planning, Demantra and other supply chain related modules On-Prem or Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud related modules, including Supply Planning

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences

  • Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of all decisions

  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships with Stakeholders at all levels of the organization; partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
