General Electric Senior Organization and Talent Development Manager in Evendale, Ohio
The Aviation Engineering O&TD Leader is responsible for the development and execution of talent, organization and culture strategies across an organization of 6,500+. The O&TD leader serves as a functional SME and is responsible for leading the talent, organization and development operating rigor in the organization. This role will partner with the Engineering Executive team, the HR org and the broader organization to influence key business outcomes through talent & org strategies.
Responsible for Talent and Organization Development that impact the Engineering Division including:
Strategic Workforce Planning
and other Large-Scale Organizational Strategies
Drive the operational cadence and execution of the talent and organization priorities across the function and organization
Serve as a coach to the organization, leaders and teams across the division
Work cross-functionally to execute the key business priorities
Navigate and lead change across a complex and multidisciplinary organization
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR &/or Organization and Talent Development
Demonstrated leadership in HR across a global organization, preferably a professional &/or engineering technology organization
Experience leading change and leadership / culture evolution
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to drive decision-making and significant business impact
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / strategies across a global organization
Established operational excellence skills, preferably leading talent, organization and culture strategies
