Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Driving the Materials Finance team towards contemporizing our financial reporting processes, a continuous improvement management philosophy and new operating rhythms with senior leaders

  • Managing the various business operating cycles – strategy reviews, budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting for the Materials organization

  • Streamlining of financial reporting, building process rigor, and enhancing of digital tools

  • Providing ad hoc support for leadership presentations, investor relations and government accounting requests

  • Lead and coordinate the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) process for Material Base and Expense process for Sourcing and Receiving

  • Develop methodology to analyze and report logistic expense inflation/deflation

  • Responsible for accurate and timely completion of monthly closing activities

  • Develop standard work with Materials leadership team to review actual financial results and drive opportunities for improvement

  • Acting as a partner to the Materials GM and Executive team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
