We are looking for finance talent with experience providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. This person has in-depth knowledge of best practices, business operations and has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Roles and Responsibilities
Driving the Materials Finance team towards contemporizing our financial reporting processes, a continuous improvement management philosophy and new operating rhythms with senior leaders
Managing the various business operating cycles – strategy reviews, budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting for the Materials organization
Streamlining of financial reporting, building process rigor, and enhancing of digital tools
Providing ad hoc support for leadership presentations, investor relations and government accounting requests
Lead and coordinate the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) process for Material Base and Expense process for Sourcing and Receiving
Develop methodology to analyze and report logistic expense inflation/deflation
Responsible for accurate and timely completion of monthly closing activities
Develop standard work with Materials leadership team to review actual financial results and drive opportunities for improvement
Acting as a partner to the Materials GM and Executive team
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of experience in financial analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork, networking skills, collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills; Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change
Strong organizational skills
