Job Description Summary
As the Supplier Fulfillment Leader you will effectively manage supplier relationships and drive on-time delivery of nacelles. The Supplier Fulfillment Leader will work with suppliers to ensure they have capacity, goes-into materials, and internal resources to support current and future schedules, minimize risk at suppliers, monitor their execution and coordinate with functional experts to mitigate problems prior to their impact on customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Drive delivery health measured by high on-time delivery and low delinquency across all assigned suppliers and part numbers
Work with sourcing capacity resources and follow up on actions from capacity reviews to ensure adequate capacity at all managed suppliers
Proactively manage suppliers addressing interruptions prior to customer disruption
Ensure suppliers are actively using GE vendor management systems to keep delivery commitments updated.
Effectively manage supplier relationships and create supplier accountability as outlined in GE Aviation’s Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process.
Contributes to team projects and leads small cross-functional projects.
Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution (OR a High school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management, or relevant Supply Chain role)
A minimum of 3 years in Sourcing, Supplier Management, or relevant Supply Chain role

Experience in Composites preferred
Experience in a delivery focused role in manufacturing, sourcing, planning, shop operations, or similar environment is preferred.
Strong project management skills
