Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the design, engineering and troubleshooting of site projects that can include all disciplines.
Assist in creation and maintaining of Project Management Processes
Lead projects through schematic, design engineering, financials, bidding, construction and project closeout.
Manage project financials and schedule
Manage projects using outside vendors and internal unions to execute projects
Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done
Partner with business leadership and cross-functional teams to develop new solutions to meet business needs
Qualifications/Requirements:
- ·Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Manager experience) + Minimum of 3 years of Project Manager experience
