Job Description Summary
The Facility Engineering Specialist will be the focal for all structural related items, maintain facilities processes, and project manage facilities requests. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
In addition, the Facility Engineering Specialist will
Capable of designing, engineering, troubleshooting structurally
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and work in a fast-paced environment
Assist in creation and maintaining of Plant Standards
Troubleshooting of new and old structural systems
Strong written and verbal communications skills required
Develop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB levels
Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done
Deliver products as part of a team
Work on cross functional teams
Alternatively: Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
Bachelor's or Associates Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in Facility Management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability
Experience specifying, installing, approving structural entities
