Job Description Summary
As Capital Project Engineering Lead you will plan, drive, manage and execute the site project portfolio through all phases of implementation. You will link existing and future projects to site Strategic Hosin Kanri Process and maintain overall site strategy investments. This role reports to the Vice President Advanced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Engineering, based in Eindhoven.

At GE Healthcare in Eindhoven we produce radiopharmaceutical products, which are distributed to hospitals worldwide. As we have recently started a significant site expansion project and set up a centralized centre of excellence for CAPAX, this is an exciting time to join our team!
Work closely with Site Leader and Site Leadership Team to ensure alignment on CAPEX portfolio ;
Develop, lead, prioritize and execute Strategic Capital Portfolio and Annual Capital budgets for the manufacturing site ensuring appropriate resource allocations to strategic / compliance projects, capacity projects and asset replacement / recapitalization plans;
Provide Project Management guidance and troubleshooting to site departments;
Ensure statutory / legislative compliance with E&HS, Quality (cGMP), Procurement and Finance requirements for all project work;
Apply appropriate governance and reporting processes to proactively ensure the effective realization of all investment projects according to approved CAR
Implement global standards of project management across the sit;.
Drive and implement a consistent approach to the contracting of external resources including robust sourcing processes and legal contracts;
Lead existing project managers (internal and externals) and develop them further;
Select, develop and lead Project Management talent to ensure the availability of highly competent people with the correct Values & Behaviours who are able to consistently deliver best in class project execution activities;
Ensure a world class E&HS performance on capital projects;
Developing and manage processes that enable the implementation of lean and digitalization within the area of responsibility;
Working with site LEAN team to role model a LEAN mindset and foster an organization of learning and continuous improvement.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
Fluent in Dutch and English is required;
Significant experience in a manufacturing environment in the Pharma-, Food- or Chemical industry or with an Engineering company;
Proven project planning and execution experience, preferably on investment projects with high complexity;
Broad knowledge of process and facility design;
Strong communication, influencing and coaching skills;
Extended GxP and E&HS knowledge;
GMP experience would be good to have;
Ability to challenge the status quo with innovative solutions;
Experience in working with external engineering companies.
