General Electric Pilot Program Manager in East Cleveland, Ohio

Role Summary:

The Current, powered by GE, Pilot Program Manager is a critical role to build the validate the Current business model and value proposition with our customers. The Pilot Program Manager role is responsible for managing wing-to-wing execution of several key customer pilots. The Pilot Program Manager will need to align multiple functions to enable success across the Pilot program.

Essential Responsibilities:

Additionally, as the Pilot Program Manager, Key responsibilities will include:

  • Own program management of key customer pilots by driving effective digital energy & productivity pilot implementations and successfully delivering customer outcomes

  • Drive pilot success to help business achieve goal of scaling existing pilots

  • Define necessary process steps that enable seamless program management for new customer outcomes

  • Ensure overall learnings from pilots are captured, synthesized and communicated with customer success team to enable iterative improvement across business

  • Identify gaps in processes that are limiting ability to scale and work cross-functionally to solve these gaps

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including:

  • Customer Success

  • Data Analytics

  • Product Management

  • Solution Engineers

  • Hardware

  • Software & Application Engineering

  • Installation & Commissioning

  • Edge & Cloud Configuration

  • Pricing

  • Finance

  • Contract Management

  • Field Maintenance

  • Customer Service

  • Marketing

  • Apply entrepreneurial principles to ensure fast cross-functional decision making and proactive communication

  • Deliver customer references & communicate learnings across business

  • Work with existing Project Management organization to share and learn best practices

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, technical, or related discipline from an accredited college or university

  • 5 Years of experience in in Program and/or Project Management ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):

  • 6-7 Years of experience in in Program and/or Project Management

  • Strong ability to influence others at multiple levels of the organization to promote cross-functional success

  • Good understanding of each function – Project Management, Field Services, Finance, Data Analytics / Science and Digital Product Management, etc.

  • Strong communication skills across functions, organization levels, and businesses&

  • Lighting industry experience

  • Digital / software industry experience & expertise

  • Experience / expertise with energy systems & assets
