Job Description Summary
Objectives of this Role:
Collaborate with both Local & Value Stream level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans for the manufacturing site.
Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
Work with functional managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans.
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
Build culture of trust, respect, transparent communication, and inclusive teams.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversees guidelines for site priorities in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Control, Lean & Culture.
Supervise directly reporting teams of: Production, Fulfilment, Maintenance & Facility, Sourcing, Logistics and Customs.
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for site key initiatives.
Embracing & promoting Lean mindset and approach in day-to-day operations & interactions.
Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory & corporate requirements.
Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
Design & execute site development plans.
Verify the goals and plans of the company depending on the given situation and conditions.
Direct and coordinate the formulation of financial budget realization.
Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
Actively promote & demonstrate Leadership Behaviors in human interactions and company culture, as well as support site communication strategy.
Qualifications/Requirements:
10+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, working in a global company.
Relevant professional education.
Proven ability to develop sustainable cooperative professional relationships on all levels of the organization.
Leadership skills, hands on and proactive approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to prioritize, focus on and obtain business results.
Good Polish and English oral and written communication skills.
Advanced practical computer skills primally with MS Office: writing procedures, preparing presentations, analyses & reports.
