As Marketing Leader Ultrasound Lifecycle Solutions, you will own the strategy and execution of Omnichannel Lifecycle Marketing initiatives. The role has a clear focus on installing loyalty and increasing post-sales revenue per Ultrasound socket within our ever-growing customer base in France, Belgium and French speaking Africa.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure and improve the quality of our customer installed base data and contact data governance

  • Data analysis, connecting & enhancing existing data and sources across various platforms and systems

  • Drive optimization of data handling with IT department and MarCom

  • Manage Loyalty Program activation through Loyalty Clubs; automated customer registration, automated lifecycle communication, orchestrating local language content (trainings, webinars, benefits) on Loyalty Clubs

  • Manage lifecycle communication using all appropriate channels (Email, Virtual Sales reps, Loyalty Clubs platforms…) to promote Services, Solutions and Renewal of systems to customer contact

  • Define and implement installed base marketing/sales campaigns based on solid customer IB data

  • Generate demand in assigning qualified opportunities to established sales channels (direct, indirect, field/service sales, eCommerce).

Qualification / Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a Business Management or Marketing related field with fluent French and English

  • Relevant experience in a B2C data analytics-driven environment

  • A proven track record of delighting customers and creating successful digital marketing programs aimed at customers

  • Strong communication skills

  • Data analysis capabilities, profound Excel and data base experience

  • Experienced user ofsalesforce.com

  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Passionate about and strong understanding of developing customer personas and the landscape

  • Experience inMarketoMarketing Automation platform is a plus.
