Job Description Summary

As Marketing Communication Leader, you will define the France Belgium Marcom plan for our Imaging portfolio, together with the Modality Leaders. You will implement marketing communications initiatives including digital marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, collaterals, events, helping to foster market growth of our Imaging portfolio in France and Belgium.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute the France Belgium Marketing Communication strategy with modality leaders in consistency with zone’s business objectives;

  • Define marketing content such as customer’s testimonials (videos, written articles, podcast);

  • Activate and put in place this contents via external media agencies or directly;

  • Integrate this content in the French & Belgium website;

  • Integrate this content in digital marketing campaigns and social media;

  • Localize website for dedicated modalities;

  • Define and execute events (users clubs …) , and our participation to scientific events (congresses;)

  • Internal communication of our plans and activities;

  • Perform critical analysis on return on investment of the marketing communication activities;

  • Perform critical analysis and decision making on strategy year +1;

  • Marketing budget ownership;

  • Update French and Belgium website for corporate marketing.

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications;

  • Fluent in French/Dutch/English;

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing including social media, digital campaign creation and management, contact / lead database management (segmentation and reporting);

  • Experience working in a B2B environment with a portfolio of successful examples from marketing collateral creation and promotion, digital launches, event organization.

  • Team oriented – ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams, with sales force and customers;

  • Flexibility, ability to propose new solutions.
