Job Description Summary

This forward thinking, collaborative team is looking for a Customer Program Manager (CPM) who is energized by solving our customers’ challenges by creating and servicing products they need and value.
In this role, the CPM:
Develops relationships with customers to understand their immediate needs, road maps and strategies so we can create products or services they value.
Manages programs that meet both customer and Unison’s business objectives.
Lead production programs from RFP through business case, proposal, fact find, negotiation, order receipt, order fulfillment, and cash receipt.
Forecasts production demand and coordinate with supply chain to align supply to fulfill customer requirements
Is responsible for financial performance for your production & development programs
Determines the need for development of new or modified products and services, ensure they align with the Unison product roadmaps and partner with Product Management to manage their development
Proactively communicates with external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and needs are met
Leads overall proposal approaches and manages proposal activities
Develops cost and schedule planning estimates in support of internal and external customer expectations
Coordinates and integrates technology needs with other interfacing organizations
Provides product and technology planning support to assure alignment to business strategies
Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Program Management
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
