Life Care Solutions develops medical devices and technology that help sustain life, and support patient care in every setting throughout the hospital environment. Our teams use every moment to provide clinicians and frontline caregivers with a variety of life-changing medical solutions in monitoring, diagnostic cardiology, acute care, anesthesia and respiratory care, and maternal and infant care.
Lead the Anesthesia and Respiratory Care (ARC) commercial segment within the Nordics & Netherlands region.
Meet financial objectives including orders, revenue and margin.
Create and implement regional commercial strategy and growth plan for the segment, and drive execution through local commercial teams and partners’ network.
Educate and coach customer facing teams; provide strategic guidance, domain expertise and application support for enabling commercial success.
Collaborate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders across GE Healthcare, to deliver total customer satisfaction through the lifecycle of the equipment.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
Strong understanding of the perioperative and intensive care workflows, and ability to develop specialized knowledge of GE Healthcare Anesthesia and Respiratory Care (ARC) product portfolio
Strong oral and written communication skills, both inside the company and with external customers
Proven commercial leadership or sales/marketing/product management experience in the field of healthcare technology
Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at the strategic level
Fluency in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages
Ability to travel internationally (post-Covid)
