Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for a Document Specialist to support Artificial Lift in our Lowry Rd. facility in Claremore, OK. The position will be responsible for assisting in editing and updating MFG processes and procedures.
Under minimal supervision, supports operations for multiple product(s) configuration and product options documentation, creation and maintenance.
Write instructional manuals as they pertain to Manufacturing of Hpumps & PCPs
Maintain departmental Quality System procedure manuals.
Performs assignments, which can be non-routine in nature and are typically a substantial portion of a larger project. Example would include high spec Hpump systems where customer requires more documentation/material specs than typically supplied
Designs and develops Bill of Materials Structures using business system software and establishes software operating controls.
Controls and manages Customer Special Order Process. May analyze and recommend engineering change requests for release.
Handles special projects, as required
High School diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of experience within technical department
Good communication and analytical skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
At least 1 year of experience in SAP
Technical writing experience
ISO Audit experience a plus
