Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for a Distribution Leader to support Artificial Lift in our Claremore, OK facility.
Responsible for the distribution of components globally for Artificial Lift.
Lead the operations and contract management for ALS specific components in 3PL centers globally.
Partner with S&OP team to plan component level inventory for distribution to global operations and AMO sites.
Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update internal orders and purchasing needs.
Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Optimize inventory and process improvements. Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes.
Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline.
Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams. Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university required and/or significant relevant manufacturing/materials management experience
5+ years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
Proven plant or business materials management experience
Proven MRP skills and process discipline in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of systems and Microsoft suite of applications
Strong SAP experience or other major ERP system
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Strong change management skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
