Job Description Summary
The Application Portfolio Management & Support Administrator role is a multifaceted position responsible for portfolio asset management administration for the SCDT organization, as well as, application support for multiple applications within the Manufacturing Execution and Process Modernization Team. This role will partner with functional and technical owners to ensure that all organizational applications are properly configured and maintained within the enterprise configuration management tool. In addition, this role will play a critical role providing ad-hoc support for multiple manufacturing applications, including but not limited to, vulnerability remediation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Approve/reject the additions of applications to the organizational portfolio and ensure that all new applications are registered within the enterprise service management tool (ServiceNow).
Coordinate the addition of new configurations items to ServiceNow (SNOW).
Meet with application owners to review configuration settings.
Ensure that application support groups are identified, outage impact severity is defined, and system architecture relationships are defined.
Validate adherence to all regulations and compliance requirements for applications within the organizational portfolio.
Initiate and/or complete all assigned tasks within SNOW.
Approve/reject/assign tasks as required.
Organize annual configuration reviews to ensure that all applications within the organizational portfolio continue to meet requirements.
Provide migration/decommissioning oversight for portfolio applications, as required.
Define standard work and implement portfolio management process improvement opportunities.
Provide 3rd level support for pre-defined applications.
Ensure compliance to enterprise support metrics.
Provide vulnerability remediation support, as required.
Define standard work and implement support process improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
