Job Description Summary
Use you finance and risk skills and experience to partner with our operating team. This pivotal role will be responsible for all financial duties of contract execution, contract margin reviews (CMR) and commercial risk management.
Job Description
Responsibilities :
Provide financial leadership
Partner with a cross-functional teams including, sales, customer department and business operations, to deliver long-term program modeling for contract negotiations on existing services contracts
Lead discussions and trainings with cross-functional teams on financial metrics and long-term revenue accounting
Collaborate with the operations team to manage Operations Plan budgeting, long term forecasting, and quarterly estimates
Contract Margin Review (CMR) support:
Partner with fleet model team to update fleet model and technical cost data in support of the contract modeling
Work with internal teams to perform analysis for CMR contracts
Create profitability charts for CMR and Deal Analysis support to Program Manager
Coordinate amongst peers in the execution and tracking of contract margin review pacing and issue resolution
Provide support for Commercial Actions:
Work with cross-functional team to identify and analyze potential contract commercial changes
Partner with internal team to develop standardized services contracts for key customers
Create Price Severity Matrices to account for changes in operating parameters of engines like Flight leg, Derate, and utilization etc.
Prepare Deal Review packages for leadership review meetings
Ad-Hoc Analysis:
Serve as functional lead on various critical initiatives
Support audits and/or improvement initiatives
Provide support on existing projects for other engine lines as needed
Other ad hoc analysis as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
