General Electric Regional Account Manager Americas in Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Description Summary

Responsible for the technical development and growth of our existing installed base. You will be asked to develop meaningful relationships with your assigned customers. You will work closely with our existing customers to improve their usage of our machines and to resolve customer issues that result in win-wins for both the customer and GE Additive. You will be a part of a customer team, which includes our commercial team, to develop wholistic solutions for our customers, as well as accelerate their adoption of additive manufacturing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of technical program plans to achieve identified customer outcomes for GE Additive’s top accounts.

  • Own the development of the technical strategy aligned to the overall customer success strategy.

  • Execute growth plans at named accounts to increase adoption/utilization of existing offerings and demand/consumption of new offerings.

  • Communicate technical offerings/changes to customer base, and offer technical guidance on customer applicability (i.e. Service Bulletin adoption).

  • Interact with technical leaders within our customer base to evaluate customers capabilities within additive design and manufacturing.

  • Ensure cross-functionally collaboration (Commercial, AddWorks, Print Services, Engineering etc.) to develop the overall customer growth strategy throughout their journey.

  • Handle after-market commercial escalations from the customers, our FSEs or the Sales team.

  • Advocate customer needs across GE Additive organization manage escalated technical issues.

  • Develop program plans and determine resource needs. Bring proposal to CRB (Concession Review Board) for approval/prioritization

  • Provide timely updates to sales team about potential commercial opportunities at customer site.

  • Provide Voice of Customer to Marketing (Customer Insights), Product Management and Product Support

  • Document and share best practices across the GE Additive team.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college

  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 5 or more years of design, manufacturing, engineering, or project management.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a direct customer facing role

  • Willingness to travel - Up to 50% travel required
