Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate Coretech product line. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Roles and Responsibilities
FP&A Activities :
Complete monthly closing and variance analysis, including review of prepaids, accruals.
Complete planning activities for quarterly estimates and for full year.
Support quarterly pacing activities.
Controllership – ensure integrity of P&L/Balance Sheet alignment, management of unfinished and fixed assets, capex activity (AR’s, project tracking).
Track and maintain headcount alignment and purchase order activity.
Centralized Support & Project Management :
Support project analysis for various initiatives across all products
Complete ad-hoc project requests as needed
Support Finance leader in consolidating initiatives, process improvements and deliverables
Create/drive modeling scenarios for cost initiatives and outcomes
Billing / Product Management
Understand product cost makeup, to delineate cost type by fixed vs. variable
Drive product costing alignment to appropriate cost component pools
Work with product cost team to ensure end product sku outcomes represent expectations
Operational Partnership
Work in partnership with operational leaders/owners to drive appropriate financial decisions, and clarity to financial results
Establish and fulfill agreed upon communication rhythm and desired metrics
Sourcing:
Review statements of work to ensure compliance with GE terms and conditions, payment terms, appropriate invoicing timing and funding levels
Work with sourcing and operations leaders to drive sourcing outcomes with a clear financial lens
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting or Finance related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Leadership Program graduates will be given experience credit for time within the programs
