Role Summary:

The DT Program Manager BD will be will be responsible leading all facets of BD Divestiture efforts for Global Operations, Treasury, and Capital DT organizations. This role will identify, document, and program manage specific Transition Services Agreements (TSA) across the Applications landscape requested by buyers for support and project related work specific to divestitures.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • This role will partner with Global Operations, Treasury, and GE Capital functional teams to ensure functional and technical services are in coordination with buyer’s requirements.

  • Program manage all DT BD initiatives across Global Operations, Treasury, and GE Capital working with leadership and peer groups to execute the delivery of the support services and divestiture projects.

  • Work with senior DT leadership management and other cross business stakeholders to gain support for creation and execution of transition services agreements on behalf of GE.

  • Ensure the hand-over of system services operation to what is required and expected of the buyer.

  • Act as the liaison to the Digital Technology Separation Management Organization (SMO) on behalf of Global Operations, Treasury, and GE Capital. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Finance

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing BD-related digital technology projects

  • Minimum 8+ years of working with financial systems (programs, support).

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (i.e. resources, customers, deliverables)

  • Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial operations Eligibility Requirements:
