Essential Responsibilities

Position Summary: This position works closely with the various GEHC Business Unit Leaders to develop and lead strategy, model business cases, and coordinate the execution of joint Go-to-Market activities undertaken with GEHC Strategic Alliances.

The success of these alliances and this role will be measured by the positive impact and engagement with product management and field marketing and associated investment by the key alliances. The person in the role will lead GTM strategy and planning with each of the alliances and will need to develop a proficient understanding of GEHC’s solutions as well as the technologies and services from Alliance partners being utilized. .

This role will also include management of special partner related GTM projects and leading collaborative and joint initiatives with and through key alliances. The person in the role will also track results from joint GTM plans and execution and report the results back to the GEHC businesses as well as the respective alliances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Alliance Developing overall joint GTM plans with each alliance;

  • Coordinating joint marketing plans and strategies to promote and communicate value to global market and specific customer communities;

  • Assist and advise GEHC teams on the relevant Alliance technologies GEHC products utilize and partner messaging to compliment GEHC GTM activities. Leading execution of joint GTM in concert with appropriate marketing and commercial teams;

  • Tracking results from joint GTM execution in terms of leads and revenue; Designing and negotiating collaborative agreements to formalize joint initiatives and to create appropriate governance.

  • Reporting Alliance results and metrics to the appropriate business units as well as the Strategic Alliances Council;

  • Managing all appropriate GTM activities and results for Quarterly Business Reviews between GEHC and the respective


  • Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline or business, and MBA preferred;

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic alliance, marketing, sales, business development, or roles in healthcare technology or technology industries;

  • Strong business development, project management, time management, and organizational skills;

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry, healthcare marketing, and competitive strategy techniques;

  • Ability to work with customers and vendors on both a business and technical level;

  • Experience in demand generation, sales enablement, and communication;

  • Well-developed presentation and communication skills, including the ability to effectively deliver presentations to senior level executives in both GEHC and Alliances;

  • Travel up to 40% both domestic and international

Desired Characteristics

  • Alliances management or consulting experiences preferred Association of Strategic Alliance Professional Certification (CA-AM or CSAP) preferred
