If you answered YES, the GE Healthcare Solutions Marketing team wants to meet you. Our Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CVUS) and Diagnostic Cardiology (DCAR) teams are looking for a savvy, proactive marketer to partner with as they position the portfolio of solutions with customers in new ways.

GE Healthcare Solutions Marketing Managers are responsible for developing, influencing and activating a customer-focused solutions approach in the U.S. and Canada. They learn about the customer’s needs and what portfolio products, services, financing and additional expertise GE Healthcare has to offer to meet those needs. They look for ways, big and small, to position and differentiate GE Healthcare solutions (including new products) to customers, sales and the broader market. They work deeply and broadly with regional business teams and marketing colleagues, product managers, global marketers and others to create success.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Identify and create plans and tactics to position GE Healthcare solutions to win with customers and prove GE Healthcare improves lives in the moments that matter.

  • Execute a marketing plan with tactics including, but not limited to, sales enablement, digital marketing, ABM and experiential

  • Use customer, market and competitive research, along with colleague insights and expertise, to understand customers’ clinical, operational and economic needs to identify opportunities.

  • Contribute to globally developed, research-based materials that strengthen value propositions for GE Healthcare solutions.

  • Be partnership-minded, always looking for a way to say “Yes, and…” and create trust by being a colleague willing to pitch in every day.

  • Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing and business colleagues to understand goals and priorities within the portfolio in the U.S. and Canada.

  • Build relationships with marketing colleagues, bringing them up to speed on portfolio insights, positioning and opportunities to aid in marketing communications content development and channel execution.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science or Business Administration, MBA preferred

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, sales or product development of technology products/services in a corporate environment

  • 2+ years in healthcare marketing or health system commercial experience, including exposure to the cardiology segment

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing positioning and digital marketing plans that drive measurable customer and business benefits

  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with sales and product development teams

  • Experience developing strong customer-centric value propositions and content

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills

  • Based in Chicago
