General Electric Software Support Agreement IDN Specialist - Centricity Perinatal in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description Summary

The Centricity Perinatal (CPN) Software Support Agreement (SSA) IDN Specialist will work actively with (4) CPN PSS's in driving new SSA's, renewals, and consolidations while also assisting in pulling together quotes and proposals for IDN's (Integrated Delivery Networks) and large clients where a unified approach is important. Direct customer contact is expected while remaining coordinated with the Sales Representative to drive overall CPN franchise growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating new Centricity Perinatal (CPN) Software Support Agreements (SSA's), renewals, and consolidations with the Product Sales Specialist (PSS) Team

  • Assisting in pulling together quotes and proposals for large regional integrated delivery networks (IDN's) or national clients where a unified approach is important

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on the various systems required to support this process including the CPN Configurator, the CPN Customer Intelligence Tool, SFDC, PeopleSoft, SubmITO, and Service Cloud.

  • Working in cooperation with (4) PSS's covering approximately 50% of the USA while also working across these boundaries to provide coverage when needed

  • Interacting directly with the customer and working with the PSS to generate and manage SSA-related quotes, addendums, contracts, invoices, or other items needed to assist the cliente

  • Acting as a key operational contact and point of support to help drive CPN franchise growth in conjunction with the PSS while continuously improving responsiveness and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

  • Persistent focus on customer care and satisfaction

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet commitments

  • Attention to detail including excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills to prioritize deadlines

  • Persistent and creative follow-up to help clients stay focused on CPN projects

  • Adaptable to multiple requests and daily changes

  • Ability to interact effectively with multiple levels of an organization, both internally and externally

  • Able to work additional hours during peak times to meet client commitments

Desired Characteristics/Experience

  • Knowledge and experience working with CPN products, services, and teams

  • GE Healthcare systems knowledge

  • Experience working in an inside sales capacity

  • Experience with quotation and/or order entry processes and tools

  • Basic understanding of Inquiry To Order (ITO) & Order to Remittance (OTR) processes

  • Basic understanding of the medical field especially with respect to labor & delivery and IT
