Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full Stack Cloud Engineer with AWS Expertise working on Cloud Software Platform Engineering.

This role is responsible driving towards digital transformation for GE Renewable Energy Digital Platform leveraging AWS technologies.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Required:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in technology related field

  • 3+ years of IT experience with appetite for high-end software development

Technical Experience

Required:

  • Cloud Native Microservices Software Development. Cloud Development/Deployment Environment Experience : AWS/GCP/Azure

  • Programming Language : Java and/or Golang.

  • Database Experience : RDMBS or NoSQL

  • Software Engineering Experience : Design, Development and Deployment

  • Agile Software Development Experience

Preferred:

  • Understanding of containerization technologies- Docker/Kubernetes

  • Ops Experience: APM Tooling experience e.g. NewRelic, ELK

  • UI Development Experience : JavaScript/React

  • Large scale enterprise application building experience
