General Electric Sales Platforms Learning Specialist - Tools & Communications in Chicago, Illinois

Role Summary:The USCAN Sales Enablement team is focused on increasing the effectiveness of our sales team by delivering digital sales tools, training and analytics needed to deliver on our Customer Promise and drive profitable growth for GEHC. The Digital Learning Tools & Communications leader will work closely with our global and regional teams to configure, deploy and manage our digital training tools (content, virtual training and in-platform guidance) to drive effective utilization of our sales tools.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Adoption Leaders to define and develop the training curriculum and content for our sales tools/platforms

  • Migrate our existing training content and materials into our new digital training tools/platforms (Articulate Rise, Adobe Connect & WalkMe)

  • Establish & maintain field relationships across our Commercial Teams (entire Account Communities) to build persona based training materials and learning engagements to maximize effective utilization.

  • Collaborates with the entire USCAN & Global Sales Enablement teams to develop and activate the USCAN communication plan for key activities (Global Releases, Tool Enhancements, etc) throughout the year.

  • Own and manage the Digital Learning Tools/Platforms within USCAN. Collaborate with our Global teams on future needs/capabilities to improve the learning experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Commercial leadership, sales, and/or marketing background

  • 5+ years successful experience of leading comprehensive, high profile projects in areas of marketing or sales within complex and/or matrix organizations

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without restriction

Desired Characteristics:

  • Exceptional communication (verbal, written)

  • Capability to understand and analyze complex situations utilizing data analysis and systems thinking

  • Demonstration of rigor and strong execution in a commercial/sales environment

  • Strong Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without restriction
