This GE Healthcare rapidly growing team has a need for a new Regional Sales Specialist for the Central US. The Regional Sales Specialist is responsible for leading initiatives and executing activities to meet orders and revenue targets. This critical role is responsible for developing customer relationships and increasing awareness of our key, growing contrast media delivery systems market.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities of Contrast Media Delivery System products in assigned territory. Create awareness in radiology and contrast enhanced imaging modalities through the development of key customer relationships, programs and events.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to penetrate the market and successfully sell against competition

  • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships, penetrating competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements

  • Provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive contrast delivery system sales

  • Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining our existing customer portfolio

  • Collaborate with Global and Commercial Marketing Teams to provide necessary customer feedback and segment needs; provide critical segment input for inclusion to marketing blueprint

  • Partner with service and applications teams to achieve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be considered for this new opportunity you will need to have the following;

  • at least 5 years of successful consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation, experience in customer facing, application specialist, or commercial operations roles

  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process

  • Basic proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Candidate must live in the territory – Central Region of US

  • Possess a valid motor vehicle license

  • Willingness to travel at least 50% within your specified geographic region with regular overnight stays
