Role Summary:The USCAN LCS Services Marketing Manager leads the launch of campaigns and products to the market and work as part of the team to ensure Go-to-Market activities lead to market success for the LCS services portfolio. Apply strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills to drive delivery of solutions that will support the entire marketing team and achievement of business objectives for the organization.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional departments and marketing teams and effectively lead and coordinate the activity of multi-functional teams.
Work closely with marketing teams to build programs that will drive engagement with key audiences. Create effective, comprehensive plans and measurement tools to easily communicate with others, drive adoption and share learning across teams
Manage assigned programs to support the successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Ensure effective tracking and reporting of assigned campaign components.
Synthesize insights from multiple stakeholders and audiences into initiatives that will increase engagement and the overall success of assigned programs.
Work closely with target activation teams on overall strategy, design, messaging and materials development for assigned programs.
Provide input into development of content and marketing collateral for audience-focused strategies supporting assigned programs.
Stay abreast of key marketing and consumer/audience trends, and work with research and media teams as necessary to gain better understanding of audience behavior.
Develop plans and adhere to deadlines and budget assignments.
Qualifications/Requirements:1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
5+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
Ability to influence teams, growth vision, and marketing strategy
Strong influencing skills
Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills
Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports
Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and process skills
Based in Chicago
Desired Characteristics:• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 7+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
• Proven success in marketing of technology products and/or services; candidates with experience marketing to healthcare providers or relevant healthcare experience preferred
• Proven experience in building innovative, proactive, high impact marketing campaigns using all
relevant channels and media; and aligning marketing strategy with business goals
• Strong fundamental lead generation execution and measurement experience for improvement analysis
• Experience analyzing market/industry data including competitive intelligence to support new
offering introductions and the development of marketing campaigns a plus
• Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
• Peripheral vision to nurture creative ideas and innovation
