General Electric Lead Program Integrator in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description Summary

Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the GE Healthcare Digital Cardiovascular IT portfolio

  • Collaborate with business, technical and functional partners to build project delivery roadmaps

  • Manage day to day execution of projects working directly with global cross functional teams to drive outcomes

  • Track and report on project deliverables

  • Lead cross functional core teams, required meetings and record/track actions, outcomes

  • Follow defined execution methodologies and project management practices

  • Manage risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project

  • Create and manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives

  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations and QMS standards

  • Track project outcome realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service levels

  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams across the organization and externally to ensure their tasks are completed as required.

  • Ensure lessons learned are collected and incorporated into future projects

  • Collaborate with other LPIs and PMO team members to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in with 8+ years experience

  • Experience managing complex, integrated software solutions

  • Experience working with global teams

  • Proven track record using various project and program management methodologies to deliver business value across the organization

Desired Characteristics

  • PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications

  • Problem solver. Ability to develop and articulate problem statements and work closely with teams to effectively evaluate information and make data driven decisions and action plans.
