This summer internship is a pipeline to our rotational finance leadership program committed to growing GE's entry level, high potential talent-people with a passion for technology, a drive for technical excellence, professional skills and GE values-by accelerating their development through intense technical training and a variety of business critical assignments.

Job Description

The Financial Management Development Program Internship is a project-oriented work assignment designed to offer hands-on finance experience in the GE finance team. The assignment is designed to expose the Intern to GE strategic initiatives and the role finance plays in achieving the business' objectives. The internship could lead to placement in GE's Financial Management Development Program upon graduation.

Internships vary in scope. Most assignments are 10-12 weeks in length providing exposure to areas such as financial planning and analysis, controllership, supply chain finance, and commercial finance. The assignment provides an opportunity to have a real impact on business issues. Interns are challenged to help develop innovative solutions to respond to dynamic business conditions.
