Job Description Summary
This role will be a key player in developing and maintaining operational and financials metrics to improve the quality of forecasting and estimation of GEHC financial metrics. The position will also support key closing processes and for the reporting of internal and external financial metrics. This role will also be responsible for GE Healthcare’s Restructuring financial planning, analysis, including 3-year plan, budget, forecast and Actuals reporting.

Coordinate the process and analytical framework for each MFR estimate and short-range-outlook
Drive sales estimate discussions with regional teams leveraging backlog conversion and S&I metrics.
Drive and measure improvements on data quality across accountabilities
Provides insights into fulfillment issues and ensures supply chain, OTR an FP&A teams understand priorities
Support the closing process, including external reporting for product cost, service cost and SG&A.
Partner with cash team to ensure teams are linked with P&L estimates and risk/opportunities
Coordinate and drive FSR/technical teams to automate and digitize estimates and closing reports
Responsible for Restructuring financial planning, analysis and for total GE Healthcare, including 3-year plan, budget, forecast and Actuals reporting
Interpret and analyze results to provide clear and concise insights on trends and drivers to GE Healthcare leadership team.
Help prepare materials and supporting schedules for GE Healthcare internal leadership reviews as well as Corporate reviews and Investor Relations and Board presentations
Develop and implement process improvements in collaboration with Accountabilities to monitor expenditures, articulate key operating metrics and identify headwinds and tailwinds
Review existing restructuring process and identify opportunities for standardization and automation
Managing all ongoing and new projects related to restructuring ultimately leading to review and approval process with GE Corporate
Responsible for assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of restructuring cash- outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning.
Regular interaction with controllership, FP&A, accountability finance teams and cross- functional interaction with senior levels of the organization including HR and GE Corporate
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience in a business environment
Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Able to multi-task & handle tasks with competing priorities effectively
Ability to communicate effectively in English

FMP, CAS or OFLP graduate preferred
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and process improvement within the operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas.
Strong communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand manner
Self-starter, energizing, and results oriented with the ability to see the big picture
