Job Description
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B Marketing and will be part of a team responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns to drive lead generation and acceleration of revenue growth, ideally experience with Marketo or like tool.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily hands-on work including email builds/sends, landing pages, dynamic content, A/B tests, list imports and database management that will generate qualified leads that ladder to revenue
Follow marketing automation processes including workflow documentation and QA testing to improve efficiency and reduce risk of human error
Manage the performance and effectiveness of campaigns within context of the overall objectives and KPIs, and pivot the strategy, channel or tactic as needed to achieve results
In conjunction with the Marketing Analytics team, analyze and report on progress to achieving objectives by tracking KPI’s across all campaigns, glean meaning from the data and proactively advise on how to improve results
Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation and regularly share knowledge with the broader team
Stay up to date with the latest mar-tech, marketing automation and email marketing best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, B2B/Product Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience as a Marketo power user (Marketo certification preferred)
Working knowledge of Salesforce as an integrated CRM platform
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience developing strategies and executing B2B campaigns, managed in accordance with industry best practices
Proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering revenue growth and funnel acceleration from various multi-tactic campaigns and lead nurture programs
Advanced Excel skills with ability to interpret and develop quantitative analyzes and reports
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize based on business outcome
Strong preference towards looking to automation and machine-learning solutions for efficiency and performance
