Job Description Summary

This is a critical senior role on the team that will support the Financial Planning & Analysis organization of our business. Responsibilities include financial planning, estimates, pacing and analytics, and reporting. The role will partner closely with Digital leadership, the Digital finance team, and Group Financial Planning & Analysis and will manage a team of 2-3 individuals. Subsequently, by mid-2022, this role will pivot to driving strategic finance initiatives across Digital. These initiatives include (1) activating our lean program; (2) driving the next phase of our finance digital transformation (i.e. roadmap on data curation/analytics using Domo); (3) building an enhanced framework for measuring pricing and inflation; (4) expanding our capabilities to measure portfolio returns.

Roles and Responsibilities

Management of a team of people covering the full range of DAWs within the Financial Planning & Analysis family.

Developing expertise within function. Growing reputation within the organization. Includes roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership. Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization.

May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business solutions to leaders in functional area. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

Has major influence on small business unit, a segment within a larger business unit, a family within a Function or a Profit & Loss business segment and has ownership/influence over budgets. The role is guided by functional policy. The role influences policy/operating guidelines about important subjects.

Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex problems that may impact the organization. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Financial Planning & Analysis Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

The salary range for this position is $144K-$216K. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
