Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Partners with manager to lead the Corporate Finance function business cycle: annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, operating reviews, and closing and reporting processes. Analyzes the performance and proposed action plans to improve profitability and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Leads staff level Chief Financial Officer discussions on spend, market changes, and impacts to individual Profit & Losses. Links estimates & updates throughout the quarter to drive the monthly reporting cycles and the quarterly close cycle for the finance function.

Drives communication with senior finance staff members across each region, function, and Strategic Business Unit. Supports manager op mechs with key external vendors, such as Genpact and CapGemini.

Supports key projects areas such as recasts, hierarchy transformation, and reporting simplification. Drives standard work across accounts and region, function, and segments within the Finance organization.

Leverages system/technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support action plans and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from a university or college preferred.

Minimum 2 years financial work experience in a global business environment

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Detail oriented

Fluent English

Experience of working cross functionally, including at senior levels.

Prior experience of leveraging lean methodologies to drive and sustain measurable change.

Graduate of finance management leadership programs
