Role Summary:

To collaborate on projects with our customers and/or develop downstream applications.

Develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminaries'collaborations.

Provide application support to sales teams and coordinate Advanced Application team to report (clinical) studies and create selling tools.

Interface between makecenter, commercial marketing and advanced applications to integrate product roadmap requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop Device company relationships and drive testing of new devices

Drive the IV business with KOL development and Awareness of product features and needs. Identify gaps and direction in this dynamic market.

Develop commercial applications in specific customer collaboration projects

Develop (clinical) competition intelligence to support the field with counter arguments and selling advantages

Plan, conduct and report customer related application projects

Communicate customer feedback to central and upstream teams for pilots and NPIs, transfer (clinical) expertise into product roadmap definition

Establish and maintain close contacts and collaboration with external researchers (directly and through sales organization) to build a network of high profile customers by developing advanced applications with them and create or sustain Reference sites

Organize and participate in Medical Advisory Board meetings to build application roadmap and provide input to upstream Marketing

Report data at scientific congresses, customer seminars and internal training events

Develop, maintain, improve & implement working routines/standards for experimental procedures, reporting of consultancy projects, contracts with customers

Identify any opportunities to use the results of process development projects in sales situations or marketing material. Facilitate and support the transfer of this information into the corresponding marketing and product management teams

Ensure high quality training is delivered to the right customer during awareness phase. Demonstrate features and benefits to high level KOL, not replace regional application role


Highly qualified in clinical applications

At least 7 yrs experience in medical industry, sales experience optional

Customer contact experience

Experience in communicating scientific data (talks, posters, papers)

Familiar with the relevant GE Healthcare product range
