Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a plan to grow products to target markets and key accounts

  • Define and develop business strategies/plans to meet order booking and margin plans

  • Shape and craft value propositions for the market

  • Partner with the regional commercial teams to drive market share growth.

  • Provide leadership and support to channel partners. Responsible for maintaining and growing order booking and operational profit targets.

  • Interface and liaison between the sales team and business to meet customer demands and influence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline or Business from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a commercial capacity (Sales, Commercial Operations, or Marketing)

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Desired Characteristics:

  • Prior work experience with high voltage product familiarity.

  • Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to job

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to interact & function cooperatively with multiple stakeholders and customers
