Job Description Summary

This is a rotational Commercial Sales Graduate program, providing exposure to various aspects of a Commercial role across our Imaging businesses. This fantastic role is diverse in responsibilities, ranging from supporting field Sales Leaders, coordinating & leading meetings, events & customer visits, involvement in the Tendering process, processing sales quotes or acquisition of resources for new field personnel, to analytical work, including report processing & management of department communication needs.

This is a 24-month rotational program across each imaging modality (CT,MRI, X-Ray & Women’s Health, MICT and Image Guided Therapy. The role will predominately support the Product Specialist team, although you we also gain experience in service, product development, marketing and education. This role will be based across the UK, depending on rotation, with travel required. The office is headquartered in Amersham, UK, so travel here on an ad hoc basis will be required.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Motivation to build a career in Commercial Sales & focus on reaching success by achieving sales targets and ensuring business growth; you must have an interest in Sales and Marketing and develop a drive and determination to promote growth and market share in an ever-evolving market place

  • A strong academic background

  • High level of customer management skills -Be inquisitive to identify customers’ needs and have the ability to offer informed solutions

  • Be a credible and trusted source of industry and product information for customers

  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, with high attention to detail; show determination to achieve goals and hit targets

  • High level of proactivity, with self-drive and a hunger to learn

  • Proven problem-solving & networking skills

  • Display confidence and presence

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy.

  • Clean driving licence

  • Fluent English

Desired Characteristics

  • Previous experience working within a Healthcare company an advantage

  • Have studied modules or have relevant experience in Healthcare, Sales, Marketing and Business

  • Analytical thinking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication - Confident at communicating at senior levels of Management both externally and internally.

  • Commercial experience in Sales/ Customer Service positions and will display the key competencies necessary to be successful in the commercial environment.
