Job Description Summary

As the Marcomm leader for UKI and Netherlands, you will work alongside business leaders to develop innovative marketing programs to drive growth in a changing care environment, using the right mix of channels, tools and content. The role covers the whole of GE Healthcare Systems plus Digital portfolio and reports to the Strategy and Marketing Director Northern Europe EMEA.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for assigned products/offers/services and executing the program

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups

  • Understand the clinical information that customers are looking for to guide them in the purchase process

  • Translate customer needs and sales requirements into innovative marketing programs, using multiple channels and tactics, such as webinars, content generation, email campaigns, social media tools and virtual experiences

  • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Advanced, all-round experience in Marketing & Product Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or digital healthcare arena

  • Able to conduct marketing functional excellence in an environment with restrictions

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct face to face events and present for Senior Management

  • Strong digital skills

  • Strong influencer, confident in guiding Sales Leaders

  • Able to switch between tactic and strategic tasks

  • Hands-on approach and eye for detail.
