Job Description Summary
As the Global Product Marketing Manager you will support the development of key marketing strategies and initiatives for the portfolio of X-Ray contrast media products in the defined segments. You will develop and implement core marketing campaigns and work closely with Field Marketing and commercial teams to ensure flawless execution and measure campaign and market impact. You will also work closely with Product Leadership to develop and execute market opportunities and new product programs.
Performing market assessments, analysing trends, and customer & market insights to build brand marketing strategies and programs that will drive market and commercial impact.
Supporting market research/analysis in partnership with the Customer & Market Insights team to understand and interpret key market drivers and customer insights to discover unmet clinical and economic needs, personas, and desired benefits.
Utilizing Gold Standard marketing practices, processes, and skills to develop brand marketing plans to support annual business objectives.
Supporting development of brand NPI and lifecycle management market opportunities, value proposition and pricing strategies in close collaboration with Product Leaders.
Leading market testing mechanisms with CMI teams to measure potential for new product ideas and solutions. Developing robust market forecast models with scenario and assumption-based thinking
Working with Market Access teams to develop a plan for health economic evidence and payer value proposition implementation for new and lifecycle product opportunities.
Partnering global and regional Medical Affairs teams to support brand advocacy, thought leadership and KOL programs.
Developing brand clinical/claim launch plan and core campaign
Manage agency/Advertising & Promotion programs to ensure quality on-time brand campaign development
Coordinating development of core brand marketing assets and product training materials (in cooperation with Marketing operations team and Training teams).
Working closely with regional Field Marketing leaders to align campaign and targeting strategy and execution plans across global and regions. Ensuring on-time delivery of support materials and actively measuring feedback and results for continuous improvement
Supports Global Product and Marketing Leaders in Promo Mats promotional approvals and campaigns development related to the CT Radiology segment
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Significant experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
Leadership and interpersonal skills to influence teams and shape/lead brand vision and strategy
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical, data interpretation and process skills
Marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
Healthcare and pharmaceutical product/industry acumen, preferably in diagnostic imaging and pharmaceutical imaging agents
Experience working globally or x-market
Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
A good level of English and a valid work permit
