Job Description Summary

Avenza Material Planner will be a key role in Aero Alliance Avenza Service Site organization.

She/He will be responsible to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work with planning team to have weekly production priorities on engines delivery

  • Full coordination of all parts deliveries

  • Analyze vendors orders lines promised dates vs engines build dates by job and communicate any changes to shop/planner

  • Weekly report of all the critical/late parts by engine

  • Optimize inventory and process improvements

  • Identify opportunities for late orders line to continuously improve engines delivery dates: New /Customer inventory availability at module/submodule/piece parts level

  • Update Oracle eam/whs system with the new plan

  • Work in synchronization with other Gates teams collaborating to get TAT/OTD targets and the planned financial results of the company

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Engineering or business degree from an accredited university or college

  • Proven experience in planning roles

  • Ability to adapt to / drive change across a global team in a dynamic business environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner

  • Ability to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information

  • Reading, writing and speaking fluency in Italian and English languages
