Job Description Summary
Avenza Material Planner will be a key role in Aero Alliance Avenza Service Site organization.
She/He will be responsible to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Work with planning team to have weekly production priorities on engines delivery
Full coordination of all parts deliveries
Analyze vendors orders lines promised dates vs engines build dates by job and communicate any changes to shop/planner
Weekly report of all the critical/late parts by engine
Optimize inventory and process improvements
Identify opportunities for late orders line to continuously improve engines delivery dates: New /Customer inventory availability at module/submodule/piece parts level
Update Oracle eam/whs system with the new plan
Work in synchronization with other Gates teams collaborating to get TAT/OTD targets and the planned financial results of the company
Qualifications / Requirements
Engineering or business degree from an accredited university or college
Proven experience in planning roles
Ability to adapt to / drive change across a global team in a dynamic business environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner
Ability to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information
Reading, writing and speaking fluency in Italian and English languages
