General Electric MR Application Specialist in Busan, South Korea
The MR Application Specialist will develop commercial growth by delivering clinical knowledge to the customers. This role is primarily responsible for MR (Magnetic Resonance) systems. The objective of this position is to provide application and clinical support of MR systems to assigned customers and sales team to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives, in accordance with the country/regional/segment Business Plan. Base location will be Busan or Daegu.
Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed
Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
A suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Radiation/Biomedical Engineering
Demonstrated current clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms
Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical/technical experience
Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide
A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Exceptional communication and well-developed interpersonal skills will allow you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on the bigger picture.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing with global counterparts, to external customers and team members in other functional organizations
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
Readiness to learn as well as contribute to the business
Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)

Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
