General Electric Associate - Digital Operations in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Role Summary:

CoreTech Solutions – Digital Workplace Support & Services –Looking for a person who is highly motivated, energetic, comfortable with technology and a client service professional. As a member of the Client Lifecycle team, the candidate would be responsible for: client assets (PC, mobile, etc.) maintenance and management. The HST will also focus on new technology deployment, service delivery management, and inventory management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure devices are tested and configured per established instructions and guidelines

  • Troubleshoot and repair different asset types such as laptops, desktops, and/or mobile devices

  • Asset maintenance, such as setup, configuration, testing, wiping, etc.

  • Quality assurance for assets

  • Physical sanitization of assets

  • Ticket management, including follow-up work and/or calls

  • Inventory management, such as picking and pulling assets, asset tagging, etc.


  • 0-2 years of experience with client (PC) technologies

  • IT University Studies or similar

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ability to adapt responsibilities based upon strategic business needs

  • CompTIA A+ certification

  • Excellent computer skills are necessary

  • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Effective communicate skills

  • Knowledge of basic hardware, software, and networking

  • Familiarity with PC necessary, familiarity also with Mac and mobile devices preferred

  • Self-Motivated with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of various OS platforms i.e. Mac, Windows, iOS, Android

  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources

  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, operates with minimal supervision, and maintain professional demeanor under stress

  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve problems; in complex, difficult, or stressful situations

  • Ability to deliver results in a rapidly changing dynamic environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects / priorities simultaneously

  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience, and / or industry activities
