Role Summary:

Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Seasoned, senior level individual contributors and managers requiring in-depth understanding of their business or function and how their role integrates with others within their discipline. Role requires good understanding of clients, industry, function and commercial markets.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general accounting and policy application for all cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc.

  • Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive accounting services.

Inputs to decisions within own discipline and area;

  • developed strong communication and diplomacy skills;

  • complex decision making ability;

  • subject matter expert with deep technical expertise;

  • viewed as a specialist within the discipline.

  • Provides advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working. Focus on organizational/country or regional priorities for given job family.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum strong experience in Accounting Operations.
