Role Summary:

You will serve as a key member of a team of Sourcing Recruiters, Specialists and Coordinators to acquire amazing talent for GE. Keys to success in this role include: Recruiting strategy development, strategic influencing and negotiation, ideation and executing solutions to complex TA challenges, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, and inspiring your team to greatness.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Ensure day-to-day operational effectiveness and quality talentacquisition outcomes within specific functional areas, establishing a cultureof shared success

  • Partner with HiringManagers, HR Business Partners, and otherkey stakeholders to implement talent acquisition strategies

  • Collaborate with Sourcing Recruiters to prioritize, establishand execute appropriate TA strategies

  • Handle specialized recruitment needs to address spikes in hiringvolume, via appropriate hiring strategies

  • As an integrated member of the functional team, leveragecapacity to support sourcing activity

  • Influence client groups by providing insightful market data thatsupports business growth and decision making

  • Set high recruitment standards, maintaining operationalexcellence and compliance. Analyze and present recruitment metrics asrequired

  • Apply values, policies, procedures and precedent to make timely,routine decisions

  • Ensure that the DTA process is in compliance with all localregulations in the countries you work in

  • Utilize all available metrics to plan and adapt to changes inbusiness needs

  • As an owner of the onsite interview to hiring process, deliveroutstanding customer and candidate experiences

  • Act as point of escalation for TA customers and issue resolutionon operational matters

  • Lead initiatives around diversity and inclusion to attract adiverse and inclusive workforce and culture to GE

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and significant recruitingdomain experience

  • Fluent English and Polish is required to be successful in thisrole

  • Eligibility Requirements:

  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successfulcompletion of a background investigation

  • Willing to travel 5% of the time

  • Prior experience in a complex digital-oriented TalentAcquisition organization, with specific experience in the technology industrystrongly preferred

  • Skilled in leveraging recruitment tools and technologies (ATS,CRM etc.) through end-to-end recruiting lifecycle

  • Expertise in socializing and delivering TA strategies andmodels

  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges and providerecruiting solutions
