This individual will confirm and approve manual and batch payments before releasing for the various GE businesses. She/he will ensure compliance in performing daily activities, and post-process complex issue resolution for payment rejection.
Essential Responsibilities :
Approve and confirm payments (manual and batch payment) for various GE businesses in a timely manner
Prioritize incoming requests and if needed re-prioritize work
Identify & resolve potential roadblocks
Partner with different stakeholders acrossfunctions and banks
Drive simplification and participate actively indeveloping new processes.
Support associate/intern in complex issueresolution
Provideon-the-job guidance & training to associates/Interns in areas of expertise
Perform daily activities always in accordancewith legal requirements, internal regulation compliance
Perform ad hoc responsibilities as assigned byteam leader
Desired Characteristics :
Additional languages (other than English) – Arabic, Spanish,Portuguese, Italian, French a plus
Effective and professional verbal and writtencommunication
Compliance & controllership mindset
Experiencein multinational working environment with cash/payment process
