Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. You will execute within a well-defined sales/commercial framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result, and work is typically subject to tight oversight. This may be in form of human or systems checking. You will be responsible for supporting targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small sales territories.

Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE’s outcomes with a set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE. Execute a GE Healthcare Sales strategy across the horizontal product portfolio, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases.
Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline. Developing knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Responsible for ensuring first class OTR processes and execution in order entry and systems, providing strong business partnership with ITPS and Sales and Responsible for Logistic (shipments and export).
Ensures high quality OTR process (Order Entry, technical order classification, and financial order classification. Order management, invoicing).
Supports sourcing and replenishment activities for order fulfilment of Purchase to Stock materials.
Interface with all internal and external customers (ITPS, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Supply chain) to assure on time (SCOT) and high-quality order fulfilment.
Answers all questions and ensures correspondence with internal and external customers on all topics related to Order Management
Manages credit and returns.
Works in compliance with the documented quality system and reports any anomalies.
Coordinates shipments with forwarder.
Manages customer formalities.
Fluency in English and Italian (both oral and written).
Basic experience in Sales & Client Management Support.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
