Roles and Responsibilities
Facilitates and leads large cross-functional process improvement teams to deliver results for assigned areas of responsibility.
Assists assigned areas to develop and maintain process measurements and implement controls to monitor current processes.
Coaches and mentors individuals and teams in the practical application of Lean tools to lead improvement initiatives.
Keeps stakeholders apprised of project status and defined deliverables. Leverages best practices and shares within the team and across the organization.
Develops rigorous control plans, working closely with process owners, and senior management to ensure improvement gains are sustained on a long-term basis.
May identify opportunities to automate processes for sustained gains and partner with Information Technology personnel to drive process digitization efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management
Significant experience in similar role, including team or project management tasks
Proven Lean/ Kaizen knowledge
Fluent English is a must

Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
