Job Description

Requirements:

  • Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reports for the Gas Power Structural cost. It affects projects, processes and procedures. The role works with some autonomy, focuses on the execution of activities.

  • Responsible for managing the business cycle plan of two-year, budget and forecasts at each level of the organization. Defines key performance indicators (KPI) to measure performance. Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans, according to be necessary.

  • ​Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.

  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  • Monthly closing for BASE or newly defined SG&A scope, prepare Base/SG&A entries to go. Create a tracker for specific actions at account level for corrections needed during the quarter. Subsequently prepare MJE to be posted (B2V / V2B) at account level, ME, PC, etc)

  • Review closing File & shoots questions to R2R to help them to review status and focus on pending items

  • Manage multiples ERP (Uniform, Unify, PwMX, Pascal, Altais, Charlie, CCL)

  • Prepare & own related MEs

  • Support with transition to SG&A

  • Support with transition to right hand side reporting based on CALM

  • Drive Lean Monthly close

  • Proactively identify savings opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Finance & FP&A Operations.

  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
