Job Description Summary
Management of the commercial quotation process for the Life Care Solutions of GE Healthcare Services, focus on execution within SLA and quick, precise delivery aiming at business success by enabling sales and services team win deals faster. Additional tasks in line with the role might involve follow up activities on presented deals with a view of supporting and enhancing revenue generation.
The scope of work is to analyse the Requests for Quote and collect technical and commercial information from all identified contributors / tools / standards for robust proposal consolidation, while leading coordination and collaboration with all key stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely completion of the quote or proposal package.
In scope is also the Sales Order intake process upon receipt of customer PO’s, including providing clarifications between the PO and the custom quote, assisting in collecting any missing data, information on the terms & conditions, etc.
Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company and ensure that each request related to commercial operations is documented, compliant with established business controls and is processed in a timely manner, based on the standards of the Standard Operating Procedure
From performance perspective, provide a comprehensive response in a timely manner in accordance to KPIs established by the business. This includes review of customer specifications, identifying any exceptions, and obtaining final agreement.
University degree and/or relevant working experience
Native or close to native Italian and proficient level of English
Ability to understand needs from a customer’s perspective, and to manage them effectively to drive internal GEHC team priorities and actions
Proficient IT and reporting skills including – but not limited to – Microsoft Office package.
Experience and knowledge in Healthcare industry processes, regulations, and requirements.
Experience with Salesforce, Apttus CPQ, databases.

Well organized, and ability to work with ownership under minimal supervision and oversight
Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy and quality
