Job Description Summary
Responsible for driving & managing HR systems landscape & strategy within Renewable Energy, including (but not confined to) Workday, WAM, local Time & Attendance, Reporting & Contingent Worker tools - plus HR Data Lake.
Drives ultimate adoption of Workday across Renewable Energy (HR & People Leaders): personabased education & training, influencing configuration improvements and contribute to global WD projects.
Partners closely with REN DT HR team to support assessment and implementation of new tools/apps (e.g. Prism).
Work in partnership with REN DT HR team to deliver tool improvements, in support of business priorities.
Responsible for data quality ownership - drives improvements to data quality and educates users on the need for robust compliant data.
Reporting: drive strategy and adoption, with focus on HR KPIs. Improve self-service capabilities, and HR knowledge on Analytics. Provides support to Workforce Analytics team to provide reporting and dashboard support. In business Workday report writing.
Leads REN Workday Governance Council. Connects with HR functional Workday leads to drive deeper expertise in specific functional areas (eg TR, TA, Performance etc) and ensure understanding of challenges impacting REN.
Supports resolution of daily operational issues & escalates as appropriate for timely closure.
